Asian Contact Travel Co., Ltd is registered at the Thai Ministry of Commerce and at the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) number 11/3509.
Reservations
All Services should be booked through our Bangkok office by email to info@asiancontact.co.th
Confirmation
All reservation request are normally confirmed or answered within 48 hours or two working days, in case immediate confirmation is not possible will be informed of the booking status. Please be noted that there is time difference between Thailand and your country.
Payments
50 % of total payment is to be received with one week after the confirmation. The other 50 % to be settled before 15 days of arrival. When reservations are made within one month prior to arrival, full payment is to be received within 3 working days after confirmations.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by bank draft.
Voucher
Voucher will be send after the full payment is received.
Cancellation
If the reservation is cancelled before 30 days, no penalty will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled between 30-07 days before arrival, 50 % of total amount will be charged. When the cancellation is occur 7 days before arrival. 100 % cancellation fee will be charged.

Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice. Asian Contact Travel Co., Ltd will not be held responsible if changes are made by the hotels, whether conditions, political situation or any other form beyond the control of Asian Contact Travel Co., Ltd. |
